If, for example, you do not have a specific one, but only aim to <\/span>strengthen and invigorate your hair<\/b>, then you should mix coffee with a little <\/span>Argan oil<\/b> in the following proportions:<\/span><\/p>\n

  • 1 cup of espresso coffee;<\/span><\/li>\n
  • 1 tablespoon Argan oil;<\/span><\/li>\n
  • 1 tablespoon low-fat yoghurt.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Mix the ingredients in a bowl until a <\/span>perfectly homogeneous mixture<\/b> is obtained. Apply to the hair evenly, massaging the skin gently. Then cover your head with a cap and leave the mask on for <\/span>40 minutes<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

    If you suffer from <\/span>dandruff<\/b>, on the other hand, you can use a recipe very similar to the previous one, but replacing the tablespoon of argan oil with one of <\/span>coconut oil<\/b>. In this case, however, the mask should be applied to <\/span>wet hair<\/b> and left on for only a <\/span>few minutes<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Mixing Argan oil with <\/span>avocado oil<\/b> (1 tablespoon each) makes an excellent <\/span>natural hair brightener<\/b>. Just let the mask sit for <\/span>ten minutes<\/b> or so, after which your hair will be brighter and more radiant than ever!<\/span><\/p>\n

    As we have already explained, however, another great advantage of coffee on the hair is its ability <\/span>to act on the colour<\/b>: whether it is to restore the natural colour of the hair or if you want to <\/span>cover the first grey hair<\/b>. In the first case you will need <\/span>3 cups of coffee made with a moka coffee maker<\/b> (or one of our <\/span>lever machines<\/b>!): to revitalise your natural dark colour, you simply <\/span>pour the coffee on your head<\/b>, distribute it evenly and leave it on for <\/span>5 – 10 minutes<\/b>. After an initial rinse with water, our advice is to do a second rinse with <\/span>white vinegar<\/b> to fix the colour permanently.<\/span><\/p>\n

    If you want to <\/span>cover white hair<\/b>, on the other hand, you will <\/span>need 3 – 4 cups of coffee<\/b>, together with <\/span>a coffee grounds and 1 – 2 tablespoons of honey<\/b>. Mix all the ingredients together until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. <\/span>Add 2 tablespoons of white vinegar<\/b>. The procedure is always the same: apply the mask to wet hair and leave it on for <\/span>10 – 15 minutes<\/b>, then rinse with plenty of water.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Finally, by mixing <\/span>2 – 3 coffee grounds with a cup of green tea and a tablespoon of honey<\/b>, you can obtain an excellent mask that will considerably strengthen your hair and leave it on for <\/span>10 minutes<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n
