Its peculiar aroma is characterised by the presence of <\/span><b>strong and persistent notes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, but also by the <\/span><b>total absence of bitterness<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: a quality that makes Jamaica Blue Montain the <\/span><b>coffee of choice for the Japanese<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, who import as much as <\/span><b>80% of its production<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
